The apartment is a furnished one-bedroom with own kitchen and bathroom; it is located in the attic and consequently has on one side a roof slope. On the same floor there is a room that is temporarily used by the landlord.
The furnishing consists of a bed (1.40 cm wide, futon mattress), which can also be unbuilt as a sofa, a table with chair, armchair and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and an outside window. A narrow balcony to the street can be used from the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge (without freezer), electric stove (ceran field, two hotplates, but without oven) and a basic equipment in dishes, cutlery, pots, etc.

Die Wohnung ist eine möblierte Einlieger-Wohnung mit eigener Küche und Bad; sie liegt im Dachgescholl und hat folglich auf einer Seite eine Dachschräge. Auf derselben Etage gibt es ein Zimmer, das zeitweise von der Vermieterin genutzt wird.
Die Möblierung besteht aus einem Bett (1,40 cm breit, Futon-Matratze), das auch als Sofa ungebaut werden kann, einem Tisch mit Stuhl, Sessel und Kleiderschrank. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und ein Außenfenster. Von der Küche aus ist ein schmaler Balkon zur Straße hin nutzbar.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank (ohne Gefrierfach), E-Herd (Ceranfeld, zwei Kochplatten, allerdings ohne Backofen) und einer Grundausstattung an Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen usw.
