Since I now move to Spain for an Erasmus semester about 4 months, I would like to rent my one-room apartment. A move is possible from 1 February and in the best case I would like to rent the apartment by piece until about Jitte June.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, it is actually relatively quiet. Also, because there is only a small one-way street in front of it. And at night you can just pull the curtains, then nobody can look in.
The apartment has a separate, relatively large kitchen, a bathroom with shower, but without window, a small front for jackets and shoes and the living room with couch, closets and desk.
There is also a courtyard where you can park your bike and hang up your laundry. Unfortunately there is no washing machine and drying room. But the launderette is just a few minutes' walk away and so far I have always suspended my laundry in the courtyard on the leash. In the apartment also goes, of course, but then you have to ventilate well and one is in the way of the clothes rack.
I'm really happy with the situation here.
The road ahead is relatively quiet. In addition, you are super fast (4 minutes) at the Marienstraße tram stop, where there are 4 railway lines and also a bus. You can also walk from the apartment to the Aegidientorplatz in about 7 minutes and to the main railway station in 12 minutes. In this respect, one can hardly complain.
There is also a rewe, a Rossman and several restaurants just 3 minutes away.
I'll give you the apartment fully furnished. Actually, everything you need. I'll clean up parts of the closets and shelves so you can have room for your stuff. But if you have specific questions, we can also talk directly to you personally.
The total rent includes internet, electricity, gas, water and the usual.
If you ask, you'd like to ask her.
