A total of 368 lifestyle apartments in a building where you won't miss anything – eight different rooftop terraces, a gym, an open-air cinema, an event kitchen and much more awaits you at the i Live EXPO CAMPUS Hannover!

Our rent is all-in rent. The flat-rate additional costs include: water, hot water, heating, electricity, repair and maintenance of grey and green areas, facility managers, winter service, cleaning of common areas, garbage, Internet/WLAN, TV connection etc.
Note: The radio and television contribution (formerly GEZ) is not included, as this is a personal contribution.

Our apartments have a high quality furnishing, a private kitchen and a private bathroom in jungle look. Everything you need as a student, professional commuter, intern or young professional! Partial with exit balcony.

In the house you will find several common areas such as our event kitchen, roof terraces and an open-air cinema. Here you can just let the soul bang – ideal to connect with your neighbors and get in touch. Doing sports – and this in your own four walls? No problem with us! Power yourself in the in-house multifunctional sports field or on the equipment in the gym. We also invite you to enjoy nature at Urban Gardening. Look forward to the in-house and chickens!

Insgesamt 368 Lifestyle-Apartments in einem Gebäude, in dem es dir an nichts fehlen wird – acht verschiedene Dachterrassen, ein Fitnessraum, ein Open-Air-Kino, eine Eventküche und vieles mehr wartet auf dich im i Live EXPO CAMPUS Hannover!

Unsere Miete versteht sich als All-in Miete. Die pauschalen Nebenkosten beinhalten hierbei: Wasser, Warmwasser, Heizung, Strom, Instandsetzungs- und Pflegearbeiten der Grau- und Grünflächen, Facility Manager, Winterdienst, Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsflächen, Müll, Internet/WLAN, TV-Anschluss etc.

Unsere Apartments verfügen über eine hochwertige Möblierung, eine eigene Küche sowie ein eigenes Bad in Dschungel-Optik. Alles, was du als Student, Berufspendler, Praktikant oder Young Professional brauchst! Teilweise mit Austritt-Balkon.
