I am a student accepted by Hamburg University of technology(TUHH). So,I am searching for a flat or house near the university.I want the house for the winter semester that is from 15 September till 31 of march. The house should be near a train station.It is preferred to be near markets such as kaufland, rewe, aldi, lidl, penny, edeka,or norma. The expenses such as electricity, heating, water, sewage and refuse collection should be included in the rent contract.
