Ich bin auf der Suche nach 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Heidelberg ab 1 Oktober 2025. Etwas später wäre auch nicht schlecht. Ich wohne derzeit in Rohrbach in einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung aber diese ist für mich alleine zu groß und die Lage ist auch sehr laut.
Ich suche bereits im Voraus, damit ich Zeit habe, die Wohnung zu kündigen, da ich nicht länger als einen Monat zwei Mieten zahlen möchte.
Ich würde mich über jede Kontaktaufnahme freuen.
