Ich studiere an der HS Fresenius und möchte ab August aus dem Studentenwohnheim ausziehen.
Grundsätzlich bin ich ordentlich und behandle die Räumlichkeiten pfleglich.
Natürlich trinkt man als Student auch mal, aber ich bin kein Freund von Absturzexzessen.
Haustiere habe ich keine.
Es ist mir wichtig, das ich mein Auto regelmäßig und langfristig in 200m Umkreis parken kann. Auch eine Fußläufige Nähe zur Uni und Supermarkt ist mir wichtig.
Eine Grünanlage oder geteilter Garten ist ein großer Pluspunkt.
