Ich/Wir suchen einen Nachmieter zum Oktober.
Die Wohnung ist eine tolle 1Zimmer Wohnung mit großen Balkon und Blick ins Grüne.
Das große Badezimmer ist modernisiert mit einer Badewanne und Platz für die Waschmaschine.
Die kleine Küche ist offen zum Wohnraum und führt zu einer Abstellkammer.
Ich habe die Wohnung bei meinem Einzug renoviert (gestrichen, neuer Fußboden, Balkonboden), sowie Küche, welche Mietersache ist, und Kammer ausgebaut.
Hierfür ist der Abschlag von 350€ angesetzt.
Zum Wohnhaus gehört eine Sauna und ein kleines Schwimmbecken, welches von allen Mieter genutzt werden kann.
Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, welche mit 50ct Münzen bedient werden können.
Die Heizkosten sind nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten und werden jährlich abgerechnet ( entsprechen etwa 70€ mtl. )
