Looking to rent a Small flat (1 room) for one student

Coming student in Tu ilmenau by June ,willing to rent a 1 room flat (small flat for one person) heated and furnished or not (kitchen mandatory,bed is optional , washing machine available is a must in building or in the flat) or the extras that my budget can offer such as Wifi , i will live alone and i am looking for serious landlords with a reasonable caution deposit and fair terms.
