Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Neubauwohnung durch das Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell . Das Bad mit Dusche und und Einbauküche sind mit Waschmaschine relativ neu. Als Gemeinschaftraum dient die kleine ,moderne Küche,inklusive Spülmaschine, Kühl-und Gefrierschrank.Erwähnenswert ist, dass Zimmer voll möbliert ist.
das Haus befindet sich im Ostteil von Kaiserslautern.die Lage ist ruhig da es ein Reihenendhaus ist. Die haltestelle liegt 3 min entfernt vom Haus per Bus gelangt man also schnell zur Universität als auch zur Fachhochschule.Supermarkt ist auch 800 m entfernt.Zum Entspannen oder spazieren kann man in den anliegenden Volkspark gehen der 5 min vom Haus enfernt ist. In der Sommerzeiten ist das nur 3 min entfenerte Warmfreibad zum Genießen und Entspannen.
Das Zimmer kann ein bis 3 Monate gemietet werden,falls eine längere Mietung gewünscht ,können wir das während der Mietzeit besprechen.
