Ich möchte sehr gern meine kleine und schöne Wohnung neben Chlodwigplatzt bieten.
Die Wohnung ist verfügbar vom 11.02.2017 bis 30.04.2017.
Möglich wäre auch nur 2 Monaten (nur 01.03. - 30.04) oder 3 Monaten (01.02. – 30.04).
Die Wohnung ist hell und möbliert: Sofa-Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Essen Tisch, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle. Eine Waschmaschine habe ich nicht, aber der nächste Waschsalon erreicht ihr nur in 5 Min zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung liegt neben Chlodwigplatz. Dort befinden sich viele wunderschöne Restaurants, Bares, Kaffees, den Volksgarten, Theatern, Supermärkte und kleine Geschäfts. Obwohl die Infrastruktur so entwickelt ist, ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Die Bahnhaltestelle "Chlodwigplatz" ist 2 Minuten entfernt (zu Fuß).
Alle laufenden Kosten (Internet, Strom, GEZ und etc) sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
Die Miete wird mit dem Mietvertrag abgeschlossen.
