The room is in a student residence in Kulmbach, it is located on the ground floor. The room comes furnished with with a bed, desk, chair, shelves and own kitchen. There is an extra kitchen provided that is shared and equipped with an oven as well. I am moving out end of December 2023 and the house is available from then onwards. The room can be rented only for a single occupant and it is not possible to rent the room for couples.
The room is walking distance from supermarkets(Aldi, Norma, Kaufland, Lidl, Edeka, muller ). Bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. You can easily connect to the train station and Kulmbach city center. Away from any traffic road and really quiet. Has a good view of a mountain from the living area.
A washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner are provided. There is a common garden area where you can sit and enjoy the lovely summer weather or because the room is on the ground floor you can open the door and sit at outside without going to the garden. There is an additional indoor entertainment room with a tv.
