Mein Name ist Jan-Georg Spann und ich bin 36 Jahre alt und Student an der Uni Landau.
Ich suche eine Wohnung ab dem 01.04.25 und würde mir gerne Ihre Wohnung anschauen.
Finanzieren kann ich mich durch meinen unbefristeten Job als Rettungsschwimmer im LaOla-Landau und durch das Geben von Online-Nachhilfe. Einen Schufa (request now) -Nachweis kann ich natürlich auch vorlegen. Der Einzug wäre auch früher möglich.
