meine Wohnung wird ab jetzt bis Ende März frei und möchte diese zur Zwischenmiete an eine liebe Person abgeben.
Die Wohnung hat einen offenen Schnitt und hohe Decken mit Schrägen. Durch die vielen Fenster kommt zu jeder Tageszeit viel Licht rein. Der Wohn- und Essbereich sind sehr grosszügig geschnitten, vom Wohnbereich geht der gen Süden gerichtete Balkon ab.
Im Schlafzimmer, welches im Norden liegt, lässt sich das Fenster zu nem Balkon umklappen.
Highlight der Wohnung ist der dazugehörige Dachboden, welcher vom Wohnzimmer aus zu erreichen ist und hier Platz zum meditieren, abhängen, schlafen, lesen, ausm Fenster schauen bietet.
Treppen steigen sollte für dich kein Problem sein, da leider kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist.

October until end of November I will leave the city and would like to give my apartment to a dear person for temporary rent.
The apartment has an open cut and high ceilings with slopes. Due to the many windows a lot of light comes in at any time of the day. The living and dining area are very generously cut, from the living area is the south facing balcony.
In the bedroom, which is located in the north, the window can be folded down to a balcony.
The highlight of the apartment is the attic, which is accessible from the living room and offers space to meditate, hang out, sleep, read, stare out the window.
Climbing stairs should not be a problem for you, since unfortunately there is no elevator.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Leipziger Osten zwischen Mariannenstraße und Eisi. Tram und Busse fahren direkt um die Ecke, keine 5 min Fußweg. Zum HBF sind es fußläufig auch nur ca 15 min.
Aldi, Konsum, Spätis, Cafes, Essensmöglichkeiten, Kneipen,... sind in alle vorhanden. Parks gibt es auch in jede Himmelsrichtung.
Hier lässt es sich also ganz entspannt leben und ist mit den Öffis gut angebunden, mit dem Fahrrad kommt man auch hervorragend überall hin.
The place is located in the east of Leipzig between Mariannenstraße and Eisi. Trams and buses go right around the corner, no 5 min walk. To the main station it is also only about 15 min by walk.
Aldi, Konsum, Spätis, cafes, food options, pubs,... are all available. There are also parks in every direction.
So here it can live quite relaxed and is well connected with the public transport, with the bike you can also get everywhere easily.
Die Wohnung wäre mit allem, was so gebraucht wird, ausgestattet - von Bettwäsche bis Yogamatte.
