Ich suche eine kleine möbelierte Wohnung (mind. 20qm) für den Zeitraum Oktober 2010 bis Januar 2011.
Die Lage in dem Viertel Charmartín oder zumindest nicht weiter als 20min von der "Avienda de Burgos" entfernt, wäre optimal. Aber ich bin trotzdem auch für andere Gegenden offen.
Wichtigster Aspekt: Sauberkeit
Über eine Waschmaschine und einen Internetanschluss würde ich mich sehr freuen.
