*Die bilder sind ältere Bilder als ich dort gelebt habe. Die Möbel sind gleich und sie müssen gekauft werden.
Gemütliches Zimmer mit separatem Bad. Kleine Küchenzeile mit zwei Herdplatten, Waschbecken, zwei Hängeschränken und einem Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Mikrowelle, boiler und gekauftes Herd. Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken ist ausreichend für eine Person.
Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Esstisch und Stühle, mehrere verschiedene Regale von Ikea und ein Kleiderschrank. Es ist also alles da, um sich wohl zu fuhlen!
Miete Warm beträgt 330€, da die Wohnung stets unter Studenten weitergegeben wurde. Aus diesem Grund soll sie auch wieder an einen Studenten gehen.
Es gibt einen geteilten Waschraum im Haus mit mehreren Waschmaschinen und Trocknern.

Direkt vor dem Schluss Mannheim (Universität). Zur Bib oder Mensa 5 min zu Fuß. Direkte Bus- und Straßenbahnanbindung. Supermärkte (Rewe, Aldi, Netto) max. 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Planken (Fußgängerzone) ist auch nur zwei Straßen entfernt.

Cozy room with a separate bathroom. Small kitchenette with two hotplates, sink, two wall cupboards and a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, boiler and stove. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is sufficient for one person.
The room has a sofa bed, desk with chair, dining table and chairs, several different shelves from Ikea and a wardrobe. So everything is there to make you feel good!
Rent Warm is 290€, as the apartment has always been passed on among students. For this reason it should go to a student again.
There is a shared laundry room in the house with multiple washers and dryers.
Location
Directly before the end Mannheim (University). 5 minutes on foot to the library or canteen. Direct bus and tram connection. Supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Netto) max. 5 minutes away on foot. The Planken (pedestrian zone) is also only two streets away.
