The apartment is located in square B6 and therefore in immediate vicinity to the university, the city centre and the Jungbuschviertel.
The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, fridge as well as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
The complete apartment has floor heating and an integrated ventilation system.
The bed has a size of 120x200cm.
On the ground floor there are 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, which can be used with the help of the study ID.
Warm rental is 530€ per month. It contains electricity, water and internet.
As a deposit I would like to have 800€, which you will receive after the 6 months.

Since this is an apartment in a student residence, only students can take in!

The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, as well as pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and an integrated ventilation system. The size of the bed is 120x200cm.. On the ground floor, there are 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, which can be used with a student ID. The rent including utilities is 530€ per month. This includes electricity, water, and internet. I would like a deposit of 800€, which you will get back after the 6 months.

Since this is an apartment in a student dormitory, only students can move in!

Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank sowie Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck.
Die komplette Wohnung verfügt über Fussbodenheizung und ein integriertes Lüftungssystem.
Das Bett hat eine Größe von 120x200cm.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 4 Waschmaschinen sowie 4 Trockner, welche mit Hilfe des Studienausweises genutzt werden können.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 530€ pro Monat. Darin enthalten sind Strom, Wasser und Internet.
Als Kaution hätte ich gerne 800€, welche du nach den 6 Monaten zurückerhältst.

Da es sich hierbei um eine Wohnung in einem Studentenwohnheim handelt, können nur Studenten einziehen!
