Hey, I'm Alicia, 19 years old and since the HWS 2024 at the University of Mannheim, I've been studying culture and business with Spanish as the main subject and BWL as a minor. For my 3rd semester, the HWS 2025 is looking for a 1-room apartment as centrally as possible. I currently live in a student residence in Neckarau West, as I received the commitment for my study program relatively late, which was my only residence. I actually wanted to live in a small apartment from the very beginning, because my life in a student residence is somewhat too anonymous. In addition, I do not find the location of the student residence very suitable, as the university or Student life is more likely to play in the squares or in the Jungbusch. Due to these points, I would like to move into a 1-room apartment (unlimited!!!) during the summer semester holidays and would be happy if someone came to me:)

Hey, ich bin Alicia, 19 Jahre alt und studiere seit dem HWS 2024 an der Uni Mannheim Kultur und Wirtschaft mit Spanisch als Hauptfach und BWL als Nebenfach. Ich suche für mein 3. Semester, also das HWS 2025 eine 1- Zimmer Wohnung möglichst zentral. Ich wohne momentan in einem Studentenwohnheim in Neckarau West, da ich die Zusage für meinen Studiengang relativ spät bekommen habe, wodurch das meine einzige Wohnmöglichkeit war. Ich wollte allerdings eigentlich von Anfang an gerne in einer eigenen kleinen Wohnung leben, da mir das Leben in einem Studentenwohnheim etwas zu anonym ist. Außerdem finde ich die Lage des Studentenwohnheims auch nicht sehr passend, da sich das Uni- bzw. Studentenleben ja doch eher in den Quadraten oder im Jungbusch abspielt. Aufgrund dieser genannten Punkte würde ich sehr gerne in den Sommersemesterferien in eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung (unbefristet!!!) umziehen und würde mich freuen, wenn sich jemand bei mir meldet:)
