Die Wohnung hat sehr hohe Wände und ein großes Fenster + Einbauküche mit Töpfen, Pfanne und (wenig) Geschirr. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen und es ist immer ruhig.
Die Stromkosten sind bereis in der Miete inkludiert. Es wird pauschal abgerechnet und es gibt auch keine Nachzahlungen. D.h. man zahlt 600€ warm im Monat, ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Die Vermieterin setzt eine Mindestmietdauer von 6 Monaten voraus.
Auf der Etage befinden sich 4 kleine Appartments. Diese teilen sich eine Waschmaschine und einen WLAN-Router. Jede Wohnung besitzt einen LAN Zugang. Zum WLAN: Wenn du schnelles WLAN benötigst, kannst du dich beim Einzug mit den Nachbarn unterhalten. Wir hatten ebenfalls einen eigenen mtl. kündbaren Vertrag abgeschlossen.
Sehr zentrale Lage, kurze Wege und ruhige Wohnlage.
