Tageweise Vermietung Sept/ Okt

Da ich in den beiden Monaten manchmal 2-3 Tage oder eine Woche berufsbedingt nicht in München bin, biete ich meine Wohnung, auch während der Oktoberfestzeit zur Untermiete an. Mit dem Taxi sind es von der Wohnung 7 Minuten mit dem Bus 20 Minuten.

Preis pro Tag/ Nacht: 200€ VHB

Ich vermiete meine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet und möbliert sowie mit höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch in dem oben genannten Zeitraum.

Dazu gehört ein großer Balkon sowie eine Küche und Bad/WC. Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/in, die sich pfleglich um meine Wohnung und meine Pflanzen kümmert :) Da es Palmen sind, beschränkt sich das Gießen auf ein paar wenige Male. Internet funktioniert einwandfrei, es ist sehr ruhig und man ist in ein paar Minuten an der Isar. In der Umgebung gibt es süße Cafés, Restaurants und entspannte Bars.

Renting by the day Sept/ Oct

As I am sometimes not in Munich for 2-3 days or a week during these two months due to work, I am offering my flat for subletting, also during the Oktoberfest period.

Price per day/night: 200€ VHB

I am renting out my lovingly furnished flat including utilities, electricity, internet and furnished as well as with a height-adjustable desk during the above-mentioned period.

It includes a large balcony, kitchen and bathroom/WC. I am looking for an interim tenant who will take good care of my flat and my plants :) As they are palm trees, watering is limited to a few times. Internet works perfectly, it is very quiet and you can reach the Isar river in a few minutes. There are cute cafés, restaurants and relaxed bars in the neighbourhood.

To the Oktoberfest you can take the Bus which takes 20 Minutes. Or by taxi it's 7 minutes.
