ich mache zur Zeit eine Ausbildung in München, bin in der angegebenen Zeit allerdings nicht zu Hause und suche jemanden verlässliches der meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete nutzen möchte.
Die Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung ist nicht besonders groß und besteht aus einem kleinen Flur, einem Bad mit Dusche und Fenster und dem ca. 12m² großen Zimmer.
Ausgestattet ist sie mit einem 1,40er Hochbett, Kommode, Kleiderstange, Schlafsofa, Pantry-Küche und TV.
Die Lage ist, um es kurz zu fassen, top! In Giesing nur 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Nockherberg (und somit vom Paulaner Biergarten) entfernt. Die Tram 17 (Haltestelle St.-Martins-Platz) fährt direkt vor der Haustür und auch U- und S-Bahn sind in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ein Tengelmann, indem man alles bekommt ist direkt um die Ecke.
