ONLY ENGLISH/SPANISH COMMUNICATION. Inside the private room are: 1 bed + 1 mattress, 2 tables, 1 TV (51'), PS4 console and its two controls, 2 chairs, 1 lamp, and 1 wardrobe. Optional a PC Screen (19'), keyboard and mouse for Home office is available. It is a SEPARATED ROOM rented for only ONE person. As a result of this agreement, the principal tenant allows the tenant to stay in a private room in his apartment according to the length of time stated by the current agreement. Also, it includes using common areas like the bathroom, the kitchen, the living room, and the washing machine. Electricity, water, warming services (basic minimum consumption), Internet, and TV cable (private service). Cleaning services of the common areas of the apartment (2h = 30EUR) are also included. Radio and TV tax (public service) is NOT included, and tenant KVR registration (Anmeldung) is NOT possible/allowed. The rent payment is EUR 850 and EUR 600 kaution. Option to extend until six months.
