Big room with bed, big wardrobe, two tables and a screen, sofa, stereo and a big window.
The apartment is at the ground floor, so no steps and the window looks at the small and gree courtyard in front of the building.
The kitchen has all necessary pans and dishes, but it is not a lot, however toaster and several other tools are present.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Small closet with several useful stuff. There is a space for bicycles in the courtyard.
Central location in the Schwabing neighbourhood near Kurfürstenplatz tram station, which is only 4 min away and underground station Hohenzollern.
A lot of restaurants, cafes and bars are in the vicinity and the position is in a block where not many cars pass by so very calm and without noise.
Supermarkets and parks are all nearby and the english garden is also 15min of walk away and 5 min with bus.
The apartement will be free during my stay abroad.
I want a tidy and reliable person that takes care of the apartment .
The water has a lot of limestone, but other than that the apartment is really nice and comfortable.
Vacuum cleaner is also in the apartment.
A subrent contract will be necessary and a passport scan is also required.
