Textile Designer sucht ein Wunder :)

Hallo zusammen!

Mein Name ist Aleksandra und ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Wunder, eine Einzimmerwohnung für bis zu 800€/Monat zu finden. Nachdem ich viele Jahre in Wohngemeinschaften gelebt habe, möchte ich endlich den Platz nur für mich haben. Ich weiß, dass es nicht einfach sein wird, aber anscheinend geschehen manchmal Wunder, oder? (:

Kurz zu mir:
Ich bin eine 32 Jahre alte Textildesignerin aus Polen und lebe und arbeite seit 2,5 Jahren Vollzeit in München. Ich habe eine feste Anstellung in einer Home und Living Firma, die es mir ermöglicht, meine Rechnungen zu bezahlen und gleichzeitig meiner Passion für Textildesign auf professioneller Ebene zu folgen. Neben Kunst und Design interessiere ich mich auch für Musik und Sport. Man kann mich oft auf einem Konzert oder in einem Bouldergym finden.

Kurz zu meinem Alltag:
Ich arbeite 2 oder 3 Tage pro Woche von zu Hause aus und die anderen Tage bin ich im Büro. Ich würde sagen, dass ich die Hälfte meiner Freizeit draußen und die andere Hälfte in der Wohnung verbringe. Der Raum, mit dem ich mich umgebe, ist mir sehr wichtig, und ich kümmere mich sehr um ihn. Es ist mir wichtig, dass die Wohnung eine gemütliche Atmosphäre hat und sauber ist.

Andere (nicht) relevante Informationen:
- Ich bin auch an einer langfristigen Untervermietung interessiert (mind. 1 Jahr),
- Ich bin Vegetarier,
- Ich spreche fließend Polnisch und Englisch, mein Deutsch ist auf einem kommunikativen Niveau und un po Italiano,
- Das beste Konzert, das ich in München besucht habe, war Paolo Nutini,
- Ich komme gerade vom Klettern in Sperlonga, Italien, zurück,

ENG: Hi everyone!

My name is Aleksandra and I am looking for a miracle of finding a studio flat for up to 800€/month. After several years of living in shared flats, I would finally like to have the space only for myself. I know it won’t be easy, but apparently miracles happen sometimes, right? :)

Briefly about me:
I’m a 32 year old textile designer from Poland and I have been living and working full time in Munich for 2,5 years. I have a stable job position in the home and living company which allows me to pay my bills, while continuing to follow my textile design passion on the professional level. Besides art and design, I am also interested in music and sports. You can often find me at a concert or in a boulder gym.

Briefly about my regular day:
I work from home 2 or 3 days a week and the other days I’m in the office. I would say that I spend half of my free time outside and half in the apartment. The space I surround myself with is very important to me and I take great care of it. It is important to me that the apartment has a cozy vibe and is clean.

Other (non)relevant informations:
- I’m also interested in a long term sublet (min. 1 year),
- I am a vegetarian,
- I speak fluent Polish and English, my German is at a communicative level e un po Italiano,
- The best concert I have been to in Munich was Paolo Nutini,
- I just came back from rock climbing around Sperlonga, Italy,
