Ich biete meine 37qm Wohnung für ca 6 Monate mit option zur verlängerung an.
Es ist ein großes zimmer mit Einbauküche, Balkon und seperatem Bad mit Waschmaschine.
Es gibt ein Doppelbett und eine couch sowie einen esstisch mit paar stühlen.
Die wohnung ist voll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Decken, Kissen, mit allem was man zum Leben braucht.

Die Wohnung ist ca 2 minuten zu Fuß von der Trambahnhaltestelle St.-Martin-Platz entfernt.
Den Giesinger Bahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß in ca 8 Minuten. Von dort fährt die UBahn, die SBahn, die Trambahn und verschiedene Busse, es ist alls ideal angebunden.

Bitte nur ernstgemeinte Anfragen, die wohnung eignet sich für eine Person.
Ich bräuchte ein paar Infos von dir, wie Schufa (request now) , Gehaltszettel etc.

Da es recht spontan ist, gibt es fast jeden Abend Besichtigungstermine. Am besten Freitag abend.

Am besten eignet sich die wohnung zB für Pranktikanten oder Berufstätige.
