Hey together,
after almost 2 years in this small but fine one-room apartment, it pulls me back among people into a WG, which is why the apartment becomes free as of 01.03.2025. It has been independently renovated, so in the hallway and in the living room has new floors in it, as well as relocated outlets, a new kitchen and in the bathroom also a new towel heating. I would also leave some furniture there (table+chairs, industrial cabinet, bathroom furniture, kitchen), which would have to be taken over. Also the washing dryer and the refrigerator. The apartment is relatively small, but I always felt very comfortable in time and could invite some friends here too. So who wants to have his own small kingdom and his peace is right here. Sign up with interest! People who are planning to live in the apartment for a longer time are preferred.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street, but is nevertheless very central. The nearest bus stop at Ludgeriekreisel is 5 minutes on foot. The Lidl and other shopping facilities (Aldi and Edeka) are also nearby. The city is about 5-10 minutes walk. It is therefore a top position and you can actually reach everything within 10 minutes by bike.
In addition, the current DSL contract would have to be adopted, which is shared with the neighbour. I can send a detailed list of the things that need to be taken on request! The cold rental is 350€, gas and electricity contracts would have to be completed.
