After three years of study in Münster, I now leave this very central and bright apartment with a heavy heart.
It consists of a spacious room, a hallway, a bathroom with bathtub, a kitchenette with induction stove and a very large balcony facing south. The kitchenette was refurbished two years ago, and the bathroom was also refurbished a few years ago.
Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. By car you can often find a parking lot on the street; in the courtyard there are also limited residential parking spaces.
In the basement there are washing machines and dryers that can be used for a small fee.
The apartment includes the bed, the sofa bed, the large shelf and the desk with matching chair (all made of pine), for which a discount of 250€ is due. Please contact me only if you're ready to take over the furniture!
If you like rest, but you like to have short paths to university or work, then you will like this apartment. Behind the opposite house (see photo) the castle park begins. The Mensa on the Ring, the York Center, restaurants, and much more are within walking distance. The bus stop Wilhelmstraße (lines 1 and 5) is reached in two minutes on foot, the bus stop Neutor (lines 1, 5, 7, 9, and some more) in six minutes.
The house mainly houses students in single apartments. With most of our neighbours we have an internal (but definitely unavoidable) WhatsApp group. There is also a housekeeper who also lives in the house that you can address in any questions or problems.
Visits take place at the end of January and early February. Students are preferably taken into account by the house administration. In the end, the house administration will also take the decision to rent the estate agent.
