I'm looking for a rehire for my 1-room apartment with a balcony in a southern direction. The apartment is located at the Yorkshire ring and costs 580 €cold.

You should take care of electricity and the Internet yourself, which is about €60 a month.

The date of entry would be the 15th. March.

You can optionally take over the furniture for a discount, but that's not a duty.

Small information: From June the attic in the house will be expanded, so here and there it could be a building noise.

If you are interested in a visit, the landlord would need a self-information in advance.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon in südlicher Ausrichtung. Die Wohnung befindet sich am York-Ring und kostet 580 € kalt.

Um Strom und Internet müsstet ihr euch selbst kümmern, was ungefähr 60 € im Monat ausmacht.

Der Einzugstermin wäre der 15. März.

Optional könnt ihr die Möbel gegen einen Abschlag übernehmen, aber das ist keine Pflicht.

Kleine Info: Ab Juni wird das Dachgeschoss im Haus ausgebaut, daher könnte es hier und da zu Baulärm kommen.
