1 bedroom apartment, from 15.03.2024 Ich suche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, ab dem 15.03.2024

Hey,
I am Nils, 20 and come from the vicinity of Cologne.
Last year, I did my degree and have been studying teaching in Münster for a year.
Since my previous 3-room apartment is limited to 1.5 years, I'm looking for a new apartment from 15.03.2024.
This time it should be a 1-room apartment instead of a WG.

I would describe myself as neat, friendly, courteous and unproblematic.
My parents are both civil servants at a lifetime and indebted.
I can, of course, present a parent guarantee.
I have no pets and am non-smoking.
In my former WG, I was the main tenant and thus I have already experienced this.
The contact between me and my landlord was always very familiar and unproblematic.

To me:
I do a lot of sports, cook very much, work next to the university, spend a lot of time with my girlfriend and I am often home for the weekend.

I would really be very happy about a feedback!

ich bin Nils, 20 und komme aus der Nähe von Köln.
Ich habe letztes Jahr mein Abitur gemacht und studiere mittlerweile schon seit einem Jahr Lehramt in Münster.
Da meine bisherige 3-Zimmer Wohnung auf 1,5 Jahre befristet ist, suche ich nun nach einer neuen Wohnung, ab dem 15.03.2024.
Dieses Mal soll es statt einer WG eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung werden.

Ich würde mich als ordentlich, freundlich, zuvorkommend und unproblematisch beschreiben.
Meine Eltern sind beide Beamte auf Lebenszeit und unverschuldet.
Ich kann selbstverständlich eine Elternbürgschaft vorlegen.
Ich habe keine Haustiere und bin Nichtraucher.
In meiner ehemaligen WG war ich Hauptmieter und bringe somit auch schon Erfahrung diesbezüglich mit.
Der Kontakt zwischen mir und meiner Vermieterin war stets sehr vertraut und unproblematisch.

Zu mir:
Ich mache viel Sport, koche sehr gerne, arbeite neben der Uni noch, verbringe viel Zeit mit meiner Freundin und bin übers Wochenende oft in der Heimat.

Ich würde mich wirklich sehr über eine Rückmeldung freuen!
