Your room is located in our student apartment in the heart of Nuremberg's Old Town. It is almost a small feel-good oasis waiting to be designed to your own taste. And the best thing: It is only 3 minutes away from the main market and WiSo faculty! If you want to visit TH Nuremberg, it's just a cozy 15 minute walk.
To the apartment:
Imagine you live in a family student residence with only 24 other residents. There is not only a room with your own bathroom (with shower and toilet!) and a small kitchen, but also a place where you can chill with others. We have common rooms, a party cellar (for the best celebrations) and a TV room with HD TV. A fully equipped kitchen is available for culinary experiments.
Small note: Bring your favorite sofa or chair, because the rooms are unfurnished! But don't worry, you get all basics like a TV and telephone connection and even a mini kitchen.
Around the apartment:
Don't you want to find eternal parking? Right in front of the house there are parking possibilities. Just a small tip: Get a local parking card for only 30€ a year at the city registration office of Nuremberg.

The residence is situated in a central location with about 5 minutes walk to the Nuremberg Main Market. The Lorenzkirche (U1) and Rathenauplatz (U2/U3) underground stations are within a 5-minute walk. The main railway station is about a 15-minute walk away.
The economic faculty of Friedrich-Alexander-Universität can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes.
The Technical University of Georg-Simon-Ohm is within a 15-minute walk.
We offer cosy and well-equipped rooms in a living and friendly environment, especially for students. So that you can move in with us, enrollment at a university or university is necessary – the perfect place to connect study and life!
