Hello, I am a 29-year-old doctor from Morocco looking for a furnished accommodation in Nuremberg to rent. In Morocco I have already worked as a doctor and I am now in Germany to improve my language skills. I already have the B2level and I plan to reach the C1level in the next six months, and then get my professional permit as a doctor. After that, I will be able to work flexibly in Bavaria.

I am looking for a single room in an apartment (no WG) for 3 to a maximum of 12 months. The rental time is flexible.

To me:

▪ Do not smoke in the apartment, only outside or on the terrace
▪ Quiet and respectful in dealing with the apartment

Financial security:
I have worked as a doctor in Morocco for several years and have collected sufficient savings. I also have a blocked account that guarantees my financial protection during my stay in Germany. So I can pay a monthly rent between 400 and 600 euros without any problems.
