Ich suche einen Untermieter, da ich aus beruflichen Gründen den Standort wechsle. Der Zeitraum wäre flexibel, längere Miete würde ich jedoch bevorzugen.
1-Zimmer Wohnung mit 37 m2 und zusätzlich 9 m2 Balkon. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 04. Etage des 2013 fertiggestellten Gebäudekomplexes und ist mit Aufzug erreichbar. Ausgestattet mit Einbauküche und Parkettboden. Garagenstellplatz kann bei Bedarf gegebenenfalls von der Verwaltung dazu gemietet werden.
In den Nebenkosten nicht enthalten sind Strom, Rundfunk, Internet ( alles zusammen schätze ich auf etwa 70€).

I am looking for a subtenant because I am changing location for professional reasons. You could rent for a flexible time span, but a maximum of 18 months.
1-room apartment with 37 m2 and an additional 9 m2 balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building complex completed in 2013 and can be reached by elevator. Equipped with a fitted kitchen and parquet flooring. Garage parking space can be rented from the administration if necessary.
S-Bahn Ledermuseum in 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, von hier aus 10 Minuten bis zur Hauptwache / 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof (Frankfurt). Bis zum Hauptbahnhof Offenbach ca 10 min zu Fuß.
Supermärkte 5 min fußläufig. Balkon und Fenster zum Innenhof. Direkt um die Ecke liegt die Frankfurter Straße mit weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Supermarkets 5 minutes on foot. Balcony and window to the inner courtyard. Frankfurter Strasse with further shopping opportunities is right around the corner.
