finding accomodation/ room wanted in a shared apartment

I would describe myself as a responsible, respectful, and open-minded individual. I'm a student looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home while I pursue my studies at the University of Oldenburg.

Landlords should consider me as a tenant because I'm reliable, tidy, and considerate of others. I'm looking for a room that meets the following criteria:

- Either a shared room with a maximum of 3 people or a single room
- Fitted kitchen and bathroom (ideally en-suite or shared with only one other person)
- Furnished and equipped with basic amenities
- Located in a safe and central area of Oldenburg
- Available for a reasonable rent (maximum €360 per month)
