The room would be available from 10.05.2021, and you don't have to pay the rent for May as I would pay that.
You have to be a student to rent this apartment, from either Universität des Saarlandes, Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes, or Hochschule der Bildenden Künste Saar. The contract length is 6 months (2 semesters per year).
The rent is cheap, costing only 270 euro per month, and this is everything included, which means you don't pay for electricity, heat or anything else.
Provided furniture includes a bed, a desk, a toilet (and washbasin) a closet, a hung 4-layer closet. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with students of the same floor and would be regularly cleaned by clean worker (once per day).

The location is execellent, directly connecting to the city center. While with a river separated, it is not noisy at night. Transportation is accessible (5 minutes walk to Rathaus/johanneskirche) and stores/supermarkets (less than 3 minutes walk) are near by. All neighbors are friendly students from all over the world.
