My name is Mohamed El-Ahwal and I am a master’s student in Medical Biology, currently in my fourth year of studies. I am expected to complete my degree within the next two years. Alongside my studies, I work as a waiter, balancing my academic responsibilities with my job.

I am looking for a single room starting from the 29th of August, ideally for a rental period of two years. A quiet and comfortable space would be perfect for me, as I need a good environment to focus on my studies and research. I am a responsible and tidy tenant who values a peaceful living arrangement. In addition i don’t like noise or being untidy in my room

Outside of my studies and work, I enjoy traveling, meeting friends and going to the gym I am respectful of shared spaces. I would greatly appreciate any available offers and look forward to finding a suitable place to stay.
