Schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon

Schwalbach Limesbahnhof ist 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt (auf dem Bild aus dem Fenster zu sehen). Die S3 fährt alle 30 Minuten und braucht 20 Minuten bis Frankfurt Hbf. Die S3 fährt auch über Eschborn, Messe, Hauptwache und Konstablerwache usw.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 8. Stock mit schönem Ausblick und einer meiner Meinung nach perfekten Lage in Bezug auf nahegelegene Annehmlichkeiten. Rewe, Netto, Rossmann, Kik, Woolworth, Apotheke, Bahnhof, sowie mehrere Banken, Restaurants, Bäckereien und sogar das Rathaus befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gebäudes. Jeden Freitag gibt es einen Bauernmarkt.

Schwalbach Limes Bahnhof is 2 minutes from the apartment (can be seen from the window in the picture). S3 runs every 30 minutes, and takes 20 minutes to reach Frankfurt Hbf. S3 also goes through Eschborn, Messe, Hauptwache and Konstablerwache etc.

The apartment is on the 8th floor with a nice view, and a perfect location in terms of nearby amenities in my opinion. Rewe, Netto, Rossmann, Kik, Woolworth, Apotheke, Bahnhof, as well as several banks, restaurants, bakeries and even the Rathaus are right next to the building. There's a farmer's market every Friday.

Ich suche jemanden, der meine Sachen für 800 Euro übernehmen kann. Da ich vor 2 Jahren in eine leere Wohnung gezogen bin, sind es alles notwendige Sachen wie Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Bett, Schrank usw., und vieles davon wurde dieses Jahr gekauft. I'm looking for someone who can take over my stuff for 800 Euro. Since I moved into an empty apartment 2 years ago, it is all necessary stuff like a fridge, washing machine, bed, cupboard etc, and alot of it was purchased this year.
