The apartment is approximately 23sqm and includes a private bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is equipped with a bedframe (140x200) including a slatted frame (matress is negotiable), a desk, a smaller table, a chair, one very big wardrobe and a smaller closet. Furhthermore, the room is equipped with a ventilation system, a smoke detector and there is a big window which could also be opened like a door.
A common room, washing and drying machines, trash containers, covered bike storage (outside) are all available in and around the building.
WLAN: there are different packages available. I chose to take the €15/month package and I never had any significant problems with normal daily use.

There is a bus stop right in the front of the building which brings you to the Ludwigsplatz in about 5 minutes. The TUM campus is about a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-10 minute bike ride, so very conveniently located. The Edeka is about 5 minutes away by bike.
