Ich, w, 57, Kommunikationsfachwirtin und Speditionskauffrau- Luftfracht, bin auf der Suche nach einer kleinen 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Stuttgart- West. Ich bin eine ruhige Mieterin.
Wichtig ist, dass die Wohnung einen Waschmaschinenanschluss hat. Schön wären ein kleiner Balkon und eine Badewanne. Die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wäre sehr gut. Ich bin ruhig. Spiele kein Instrument. Schön wäre auch, wenn problemlos einmal zwei Personen in der Wohnung sein dürfen.
