Hello, my name is Arian and I am 19 years old and will start a dual study from 01.10.2025 and complete my theoretical phases at the DHBW Stuttgart University. I'm looking for a (preferably) furnished 1-room apartment, which is best centrally located and you don't have a long way to college and also not to everyday things like supermarkets, doctors, post etc.
I am a very communicative person who likes to go to the gym and also likes to travel. I would also be open to moving into a WG but with a maximum of 1-2 other roommates.
I would pay a maximum of 700 euros for the room, including ancillary costs.

If someone has an apartment or knows someone who rents an apartment I would be very happy about every single message :))

Hallo zusammen, mein Name ist Arian und ich bin 19 Jahre alt und werde ab dem 01.10.2025 ein duales Studium anfangen und an der Hochschule DHBW Stuttgart meine Theoriephasen absolvieren. Ich suche eine (bevorzugt) möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung, welche am besten zentral liegt und man keinen weiten Weg zur Hochschule hat und auch nicht zu den alltäglichen Dingen wie z.B. Supermärkten, Ärzte, Post etc.
Ich bin eine sehr kommunikative Person, die gerne ins Fitnessstudio geht und auch gerne reist. Ich wäre auch offen dazu, in eine WG zu ziehen allerdings aber mit maximal 1-2 weiteren Mitbewohnern.
Ich würde für das Zimmer inklusive der Nebenkosten maximal 700 Euro bezahlen.

Falls jemand eine Wohnung hat oder jemanden kennt, der eine Wohnung vermietet würde ich mich sehr über jede einzelne Nachricht freuen :))
