Für ein Jahr, evtl. länger, wenn alles gut läuft!
Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnküche, ein großes Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Sofa, Regal, Schrank etc. (auf den Bildern zu sehen).
Das Bad mit Badewanne hat Tageslicht.
Gesucht wird eine ruhige, weibliche Studentin/Berufstätige.
Gerne können Gäste eingeladen werden, Partys sind aber nicht erwünscht.
Bitte Nichtraucher und ohne Tiere.
Ich habe die Wohnung für meine Großeltern eingestellt, würde dann bei Interesse den Kontakt vermitteln.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, 5 minuten zu Fuß bis zur Bushaltestelle, der Bus 802 (alle 30 min.) fährt direkt zum Philosophikum 2 der JLU Gießen, hält aber auch im Stadtzentrum nähe THM.
In Krofdorf befindet sich ein Hausarzt, eine Apotheke, großer Supermarkt etc.
In der Nähe gibt es ein Freibad, schöne Fahrrad- und Spazierwege.
