As I go abroad for a few months, I rent my small apartment in the 15th. District. Intake/Miete would also be possible a month later, on 1.4. I may stay longer, so there is a possibility of extension or takeover.
The apartment is well cut with a small walk and bathroom (WC and shower), a spacious and bright living/bedroom and a separate kitchen. It is rented furnished, bed, desk, armchair, washing machine, refrigerator, some kitchen utensils etc. stay for the time in the apartment and also a few personal items in the built-in storage and shelf. There is a small backyard with bicycle shed. Pets are not allowed, smoking in the apartment also not allowed.
About 5 min. away is the underground station Johnstraße (U3), 3min away a tram stop of line 49 and a few meters further keeps bus 10A. Nearby shopping facilities are Billa, Spar, Dm and Bipa, a farmer is a bit further away, but still within easy reach. The Kleingarten complex Schmelz is located around the corner, the next parks are the Auer-Welsbach-Park and Schönbrunn. Cosy cafes and bars are also in the vicinity.
Good communication, trust and careful handling of furniture and furnishings are important to me.
The apartment is just rented and looks a little different from the photos. Since I can only be very short in Vienna, a visit is only possible on 2 and 3 February.
