Ladies and gentlemen!
I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment, or after a room in a WG from 13.01.2025 to about 15.04.2025. at the time when I find a suitable apartment in Vienna for my family. I'm a 39-year-old, reliable, considerate former cop.
In my spare time I like cycling, snowboarding, learning languages, tanze Cuban salsa and cook. My music taste is very flexible, from classical music to electronics to heavy metal. I plan to spend my weekends away and I will be very little at home also on weekdays because of work, training and language learning, so I will not be much in the apartment. I don't smoke, I keep my house neat and clean.
I speak German B2, English B1/B2 and Hungarian at native language level, so international roommates don't care.
I need such a way of living where the registration of a main residence is possible. I am willing to pay 2 monthly rents (or according to agreement) in advance.
