Looking for a flat in an emergency basis

I'm an International student. Being first time in Witzenhausen, looking forward to a decent flat. I don't mind if it's small, but it shouy be furnished. I like to live in silent, and calm places. A good understanding landlord or flatmates are expected. I like to live in society. I used to live in mess during my bachelor life so j know how to maintain the society rules . I don't smoke usually or play my songs loud. But I like to walk in the morning. I like to cook Asian food. I like to travel. I like coffee and book. I am a bookworm. So I'm not technologically sound that much. I want a room with Green view window or a balcony to dig into my books and coffee. That's all !!
