Hallo,
ich ziehe mich nach erfolgreichen Abschluss des Studiums von Zittau aus und suche gerade Nachmiete die Wohnung zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung ist fast 50m^2 groß und ist vollmobiliert mit größen Schreibtisch, Sessel, Doppelbett und größe Kleiderschrank.
Die Küche ist komplett mit Herd, Mikrowelle, sehr größe Kühlschrank und sogar mit Besteck und Esstisch ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herz der Stadt Zittau.
Zu Fuß ist es 5 min von Haus 1 und 4 der Hochschule entfernt.
Zur IHI dauert es 2 min zu Fuß.
Die Kaution beträgt entweder ein oder zwei Monaten der Kaltmiete.
Dies muss nochmal mit der Vermieter erklärt werden.
Im Nebenkosten beinhaltet die Stromkosten, die abhängig zum Verbrauch an die Stadtwerke bezahlt wird.
I.d.r beträgt diese monatlich 50€.
Zurzeit nutze ich Kabelinternet von Vodafone und teile ich mit 2 Nachbarn.
Monatlich bezahlen wir insgesamt 39€ .
Weitere Kosten sind ZDF Rundfunk Gebühren, das monätlich 17,50€ kostet.
Weitere Möbeln bzw. Geräte von mir kann ich auf günstige Preis verkaufen bzw. verschenken :D
