Die Wohnung liegt zentral und befindet sich nah am Ring. Direkt neben der Ehndorfer Straße, trotzdem in ruhiger Lage. Etwa 7-10 min Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof, also ideal zum pendeln. Die Nachbarschaft ist relativ ruhig, hier wohnen viele Familien und Rentner. Parken ist überall in der Straße möglich. Ein kleiner Garten ist für das sommerliche Grillen ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ich bin ein 28 jähriger Lehramtsstudent und suche ab Juni eine/n Mitbewohner/in. Neben dem Zimmer beinhaltet die Wohnung zudem ein Wohnzimmer (ca 20m²), eine Küche + Bad die für die gemeinschaftliche Nutzung vorgesehen sind.
