Ich werde das Wintersemester im Ausland verbringen und daher suchen Ich (W, 23) und meine Mitbewohnerin (W, 22) eine nette und ordentliche Mitbewohnerin für unsere gemütliche WG. Das Zimmer ist 19 m² groß in einer modernen Wohnung und befindet sich in einer ruhigen, aber dennoch zentral gelegenen Ecke in Gießen.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 75m² groß und wir haben noch ein kleines Wohnzimmer.
Meine Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode) möchte ich dir gerne für die Zeit zur Verfügung stellen. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind auch vorhanden. Absolute Luxusgüter als Studi :)

I will be spending the winter semester abroad, so my roommate (F, 22) and I (F, 23) are looking for a friendly and tidy roommate for our cozy shared apartment. The available room is 19 m² in a modern apartment, situated in a quiet yet centrally located area of Gießen.
The apartment is 75 m² in total and we have a small living room as well.
I’m happy to let you use my furniture (bed, desk, dresser) during your stay. We also have a washing machine and a dishwasher – absolute luxuries for students!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Ludwigstraße (Party Meile), der Berliner Platz und die Innenstadt sind maximal 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Rewe oder Aldi sind ebenfalls fußläufig bequem erreichbar.

The apartment is very centrally located. Ludwigstraße (the party mile), Berliner Platz, and the city center are all within a 15-minute walk. Shopping options like Lidl, Rewe, and Aldi are also conveniently reachable on foot.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin heißt Sarah, sie ist 22 Jahre alt und ich würde sie als sehr aufgeschlossen beschreiben. Sie studiert Nachwachsende Rohstoffe und Bioressourcen und dementsprechend liegen ihr Themen wie Gesundheit und Nachhaltigkeit sehr am Herzen. Sie ist eine Sportskanone und kann nicht ohne, vielleicht findet sich jemand, mit dem sie zusammen Sport treiben kann (ist aber kein muss). Ansonsten kann man mit ihr über alles Reden und für einen Spaziergang, Tee oder Spieleabend ist sie immer zu haben.
Sie ist eine sehr ordentliche Person und wir suchen explizit jemanden, der ordentlich und sauber ist!

Your future roommate is Sarah, a 22-year-old who is very outgoing. She studies Renewable Resources and Bio-resources, so health and sustainability are important to her. She is a fitness enthusiast and might enjoy having someone to work out with (though it's not a requirement). Sarah is always up for a chat, a walk, a cup of tea, or a game night.
She is a very tidy person, and we are specifically looking for someone who is also neat and clean!
