Dein Zimmer ist 26qm groß, mit Tür zum Westbalkon, perfekt für entspannte Abende bei Sonnenuntergang.🌞✨
Zudem wäre es cool wenn wir dein Zimmer weiter nutzen können, um auf den Balkon zu kommen.
Ehemals gab es eine Schiebetür zum Nachbarzimmer, die ist jetzt beidseitig durch Spanplatten verdeckt. Deshalb ist Absprache mit nebenan wichtig bezüglich Lautstärke.
Gemeinschaftsbereiche: Eine Küche mit großem Esstisch und einem zweiten kleinen Balkon, der morgens in der Sonne erstrahlt.🧡
Außerdem haben wir ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein zusätzliches Gästebad.
Einen (Fahrrad-)Keller und Wäscheboden gibt es auch :)

Your room is 26 m2 big, with a door to the west-balcony, perfect for chill evenings at sunset. 🌞✨
It would be cool if we could continue to use your room to be able to reach the balcony.
There used to be a sliding door between your room and the room next to it, which is now hidden by two wooden planks from both sides. Because of that, communication regarding volume with your neighbor is important.
Common areas: A kitchen with a big dining table and a second smaller balcony, which is illuminated by the sun in the morning. 🧡
Additionally we have a bathroom with a bathtub and a guest-WC. A (bike-)cellar and laundry attic are also available :)

Wir wohnen in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet nur 3 Minuten vom See entfernt. 🌱 Zum Bus braucht man ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, da kommt der Ersatzverkehr für die U6.
Außer einem Pommescube wo niemand von uns hingeht sind Bäcker und Supermärkte nicht fußläufig, aber mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad in ca. 10min erreichbar. Auf dem Heimweg liegt aber in der Regel der Kurt-Schuhmacher-Platz wo von Ubahn in den Bus umgestiegen werden muss, da sind mehrere Supermärkte und viele andere Geschäfte.

We live in a quiet resendential area, which is located only 3 minutes from the lake. 🌱
To get to the nearest Bus (replacement service U6) you only have to walk about 7 minutes.
Apart from a Pommescube which none of us go to, theres no groceries or bakeries reachable by foot but can be reached by bike or bus within 10 minutes. One your way home you’ll most likely drive by the Kurt-Schuhmacher-Platz, where you’ll have to change from U-Bahn to the replacement bus. It has a lot of grocery options and other stores.
