Es gibt im direkten Umfeld viele kleine Parks und der Treptower Park ist nur eine S-Bahnstation entfernt. Das beliebte Simon-Dach-Kiez ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet jede Menge Bars und tolle Restaurants.

The apartment is in a super central location with direct access to tram lines M13 and 21, bus 240, and is just 10 minutes from Ostkreuz/S-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee and U-Bahn station Samariterstraße. There are many small parks in the immediate vicinity, and Treptower Park is only one S-Bahn stop away. The popular Simon-Dach-Kiez is a 5-minute walk and offers plenty of bars and great restaurants.

Ich suche seriöse, zuverlässige und vertrauenswürdige Leute, denen ich meine Wohnung guten Gewissens anvertrauen kann. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon gestattet, Parties sind nicht erlaubt. Ein Hund wäre kein Problem. Ein grüner Daumen wäre ein Pluspunkt, damit meine Pflanzen eine gute Überlebenschance haben :) Melde dich gern mit Infos zu dir/euch, gern auch auf Englisch. I am looking for responsible, reliable, and trustworthy people to whom I can confidently entrust my apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, and parties are not permitted.
