Hallo! Ich (47, NR) suche eine Wohnung, gerne in Barmbek/Winterhude oder den angrenzenden Stadtteilen.
Ich arbeite in der Softwareentwicklung mit sicherem Einkommen und bin oft im Homeoffice. Ein Balkon in der Morgensonne wäre daher noch ein Bonus. :)
Einige Tage pro Woche ist meine knapp 6-jährige Tochter bei mir, daher wäre eine Wohnanlage mit Spielplatz oder Innenhof etc. super!
Die Wohnung sollte gtob im Dreieck Barmbek/Winterhude/Alsterdorf liegen. Das wären zB Winterhude, Barmbek-Nord, Barmbek-Süd, Alsterdorf, südliches Bramfeld, Groß-Borstel, Fuhlsbüttel, südliches Hummelsbüttel, Ohlsdorf, Uhlenhorst, nördliches Wandsbek.
