Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in Zentrum, vom 01.07.2014
Die Wohnung im fünften OG bietet drei gemütliche Zimmer mit Laminatfußboden, im Schlafzimmer ist Teppich ausgelegt, Bad mit Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Wohn und Schlafzimmer sind modern ausgestattet, Küche nicht ganz so modern, aber es ist alles da was man so braucht.
Ein weiterer Highlight, wenn auch etwas saisonabhängig ist ein geräumiger Balkon ohne Dach. Auf dem man warme, sommerliche Abende genießen kann.
Der Mietpreis für den Nachmieter beträgt 440€ warm.
Möbelübernahme ist erwünscht.
Außerdem habe ich einige Schönheitsreparaturen durchgeführt.
