wir sind mit dem Studium fertig und daher... sind auf der Suche nach neuen Mitbewohnern für die beste WG der Stadt.
Das Zimmer... allerdings geht es hier um zwei Zimmer, die sehr groß (zusammen ca. 30m²) sind. Beiden haben Laminatboden und einen Ausblick in den Innenhof. Der erste Raum ist eine Art Wohnzimmer, mit Sofa ausgestattet, der perfekt dafür geeignet ist etwas Zeit daheim zu verbringen. Von Wohnzimmer kommt ihr in das Schlafzimmer mit einem großem Bett (ca. 2x2m) mit viel Stauraum für Kleidung, Bücher & Co und einem Arbeitsplatz mit Schreibtisch & Co.

As we finished our studies, we are now looking for a new flatmate for the best shared flat in town!
The room is divided in such a way that it has actually two rooms (also around 30m²). Both have a laminate floor and a view into the inner courtyard. The first room is a kind of living room, equipped with sofa, which is perfect for spending some time at home. From this small living room, you enter the bedroom with a large bed (approx. 2x2m) with lots of storage space for clothes, books & co. and a workstation with desk.
Man wohnt mitten im Zentrum (Hasselbachplatz) und kann alles bequem zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit der Bahn erreichen. Einen Edeka steht auf der anderen Straßenseite, zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle braucht man 2 Minuten, 4 Minuten zur Elbe und vieles mehr.
Öffentliche Parkplätze für Autobesitzer gibt es mit dem entsprechenden Parkausweis. Die Wohnung ist saniert, aber der gemütliche Altbauflair geht nicht verloren. Unsere Küche ist ein weiteres Highlight in der WG. Sie ist sehr groß, hat zwei Sofas und viel Platz zum Kochen und Chillen. Fahrräder können unten im Flur abgestellt werden. Außerdem haben wir einen Abstellraum und einen Dachboden um Sachen zu lagern.

We live in a very central location where everything is easily reachable on foot, by bike or train. You have a supermarket in front of the building and 2 minutes are needed to reach the next tram station. The Elbe River is just a 4 minute walk-away.
Public car parking for owners of a parking permit is also available. The apartment is renovated with a cozy “Altbau” flair. Our big kitchen is an additional highlight of our flat where we have two sofas and plenty of space to chill out. Bicycles can be parked in the hallway. We also have a storage room in the apartment and on the rooftop.
Wir sind überhaupt keine Zweck-WG oder Party-WG, sondern ein ruhiges, sauberes und gemütliches Zuhause. In der letzten drei Jahren haben wir viel Zeit miteinander verbracht, waren mal aus, haben gemeinsam auf dem Sofa Tatort geschaut, an der Elbe gegrillt, ein Bierchen getrunken oder einfach mal was gemütlich zusammen gekocht. In der WG bleiben Thomas (33), der im Moment fleißig an seiner Doktorarbeit arbeitet und Jade (27), frisch aus Brasilien eingezogen, die ihr Master in Peace & Conflict Studies an der OVGU anfängst.

This is not a Party-WG, it's more than sharing an apartment, but our real, warm home. We spent a lot of time together over the last three years: going out, looking together “Tatort” on the sofa, BBQ next to the Elbe, or just cooking together. You will live with Thomas (33, German, currently working hard on his PhD thesis) and Jade (27, from Brazil, who is starting her Master in Peace and Conflict Studies at the uni) and just moved in.
Der angegebene Mietpreis ist der Komplett-Mietpreis für die Wohnung: 320 Euro = Kaltmiete + Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, 1/3 GEZ, Heizung, Wasser, Hausmeister, Müll etc.).
Es können sehr gerne ALLE Möbel für nen kleinen Beitrag übernommen werden.

The stated rent is the complete rental price for the apartment: 320 Euro = basic rent + utilities (internet, electricity, GEZ 1/3, heating, water, janitorial services, trash etc.).
